What up! I'm starting this blog as a way to document the upcomming year.Most of you know that I'm crazy and this will be a new way for me to get the crazy out. Since my back problems started back in the summer, I haven't been able to work out. I pretty much feel like I have let myself go. So I am changing some things around, I'm going to start going to a new gym that has an indoor pool. Hopefully the workout in the pool will help me to be active without completly ruining my back. I also plan to use this blog as a sort of food diary for myself. I figure if I actually have to write down what I eat and know that someone else may actually see it, that I may give a second thought to some of the thinngs that I put in my mouth. Probably not, but it's worth a shot! Anyway, tonight is New Years Eve. I figure it's my last hurrah before I actually should start counting what I'm eating. Normally Mark (my husband) and I go to one of our friends houses and have a pseudo party. This year everyone decided they hated each other (not really, but I like the way it sounds) and so we are on our on. It will be interesting to see if I'm able to talk him into going our somewhere to eat or if I'm stuck eating something not nearly as fun at home. I hope everyone has an excellent new years...make some good resoulutions (even if you probably won't keep them). Until next time....suck it.
